If you are wondering whether you landed on the right page, here is the description who this is intended for. If you think any of the below are about you – I invite you to follow along! 

 This blog is intended for high functioning women who:

  • look put together on the outside, but struggle to actually bring their life in order;

  • often appear very successful to others but internally their measure of success is always a moving target;

  • work hard,  live busy lives and struggle balancing  their own wellness and personal growth needs with the constantly competing priorities, other people’s needs and to-do lists;

  • are people pleasers and workaholics who dream that one day they will have it all figured out and will achieve peace with self and others, but for now they just gotta hustle for one more year, and then one more, and another one… until they no longer can! 

  • often feel overcommitted and overwhelmed, and their ambitions often get them to overestimate their physical and emotional resources; 

  • aim to cook better nutritious meals for themselves and their loved ones, exercise regularly, sleep better, feel competent and content, have better relationships, accomplish outside of work goals, they want to not only look but also feel put together;

  • know how to run the show on empty battery so that nothing falls apart but ultimately they are the ones who suffer the most from physical and emotional exhaustion;

  • are main breadwinners and often feel the pressures of carrying the weight of their family’s function solely on their shoulders;

  • are often operating in a fight or flight mode that did get them to where they are, but rarely can switch into a RELAX or CHILL.

 

If that sounds familiar or any of the above applies to you, I want to welcome you to this blog. And I want you to know: 1. you are not alone, 2. You can make things much better, you can learn how to get your life to a better place and bring yourself “in order” (just to clarify – nothing is wrong with you and you are not broken!). I hope you find not only validation but some helpful tips on many topics from nutritious breakfast ideas and morning routines, to how to develop your life vision, crystallize your values and goals, and spend a bit more time with your most important asset – you! How to capitalize your efforts not only on the degrees and letters beside your name, or maybe numbers on your bank account, but how to honour yourself: your body and your beautiful soul. This channel is not about how to look like Goddess to others – you probably already do, even if you don’t think that about yourself. This blog is about finding and nurturing your own resource of inner power and reclaiming your inner fierce and compassionate, unapologetic  Goddess. Your own Goddess within will allow you to live life according to your values and awaken your sense of unshakeable worth. I will share with you my journey of trying various strategies I discovered through my reading, medical and psychotherapy training,  a variety of personal growth and self care courses and own reflections and insights gained from working with multiple people at different stages of their life journey,  to get to a point of life where I feel I am living life to the fullest. It doesn’t mean all my dreams and goals have been accomplished, but is that the point?
